From I-95N

Exit 95N onto 207E, exit number 311. Turn Left at the end of 207 East onto US1 North. Turn right on King street. Follow to end (at water- Matanzas Bay). Turn Left on the Water Front Street, Avenida Menendez/San Marco. Continue straight past the Castillo Fort and Ripleys Believe It Or Not. Directly after the welcome center, turn right onto Joiner Street. The Water Street Mansion is the house at the end of the block on the Left on the water, #33 Water Street.

From I-95S

Exit at Rt. 16, exit number 318, and head East. From 95S turn left onto 16E. Continue on 16 until you hit San Marco, where you will turn right. Continue on San Marco until you turn left on Joiner Street. Take Joiner to the end. The Water Street Mansion is the house on the Left on the Water, #33 Water Street.
